TextGrid presentation on Dublin Core Conference 2008

 

This year TextGrid was presented at the Dublin Core Conference on an information booth and in a special issue seminar held by Laurent Romary, Werner Wegstein and Lou Burnard. During the coffee break the ca. 150 participants were invited to take a first look at the TextGrid Lab Beta and to test it (guided). The visitors made use of this opportunity and we can perhaps conclude from this interesting contacts that TextGrid will be used for a wide range of tasks reaching out of the humanities.
